Luigi did a fantastic job at check in. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. The Gwen is great and in a central location for everything downtown.
Mitsu helped us find our room so that we could have a great view overlooking the parade, and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She is a true shining star at.the Gwen.
