The staff were very welcoming and helpful at the hotel. The room wasn't so great. Room 2127 one of the sliding doors was flapping around and not connected properly, 2 lights in our room did not work...
Booked due to it's proximity to Gatwick ahead of an early morning flight. We did sleep OK in the dull, drab room (a bright wall picture wouldn't go amiss), but the shower and bathroom could not...
